- Advertising: the FirstPick iPhone and Android apps show ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and approximate location to show and measure ads, subject to your device settings (on iPhone, the tracking permission prompt; on Android, Settings > Privacy > Ads)
- Legal authorities (when required by law)

Content may be publicly visible.

Used for listings and navigation. Can be disabled in device settings.

Retained as necessary for operations and legal obligations.

Reasonable safeguards used; no system is fully secure.

California: Access, deletion, correction, opt-out.
EU/UK: Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability.
Delete your account: in the app, open Settings and tap Delete Account. This deletes your account and the data tied to it. You can also ask us to delete it by email.
